General Terms and Conditions of Sale
“Any internet user, natural person, who visits the website www.aquacycle.be or purchases a product from Aquacycle SRL is referred to in these General Terms and Conditions as the “Customer.” Every order of a product offered on the website implies prior consultation and therefore express acceptance by the Customer of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. All orders placed on the website are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Aquacycle SRL reserves the right to modify or adapt these terms at any time. The applicable version of the terms and conditions for any transaction is the one available online at the time of the order. Validation of the order form is considered an electronic signature that, between the parties, has the same legal value as a handwritten signature and serves as proof of the full order and the enforceability of the amounts due. The sales contract may be concluded in French, Dutch, or English, at the Customer’s discretion.
Article 1 – Scope of Application
These General Terms define the rights and obligations arising from the online sale of products offered on www.aquacycle.be, owned by Aquacycle SRL. They apply to all sales via the website and take precedence over other terms from Aquacycle SRL or the Customer. Deviations must be agreed upon in writing and in advance by Aquacycle SRL.
Article 2 – Legal Capacity and Acceptance
www.aquacycle.be The Customer declares to be a natural person, of legal age, and legally capable. A legally incapacitated person cannot purchase products via the website and must do so through their legal representative. Every order on www.aquacycle.be implies unconditional acceptance of these terms. The Customer explicitly confirms this by checking a box labeled (“I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale”). These Terms are permanently accessible at www.aquacycle.be in a printable format.
Article 3 – Products
Products offered by Aquacycle SRL are those listed on the website at the time of the order, subject to availability. Aquacycle SRL commits to making every effort to fulfill all orders. However, Aquacycle SRL cannot be held liable for unavailability or any resulting damage. If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be informed by email. If already paid, the refund will be processed within 30 business days depending on the payment method. All products are described as accurately as possible and in good faith.
Article 4 – Prices and Invoices
Prices are those listed on the website at the time of the order, including VAT for deliveries within Belgium. For deliveries outside Belgium, shipping costs are charged additionally. For Switzerland and non-EU countries, prices are exclusive of VAT, and customs/import duties may apply. Aquacycle SRL may change prices and shipping fees at any time, but always applies the rates valid at the time of order. Products remain the property of Aquacycle SRL until full payment is received.
Article 5 – Payment Methods
Payment is made online via Visa, Mastercard, or Bancontact (Belgium). The Customer authorizes Aquacycle SRL to debit their account. Orders are canceled in case of payment refusal. Payments are processed via a secure payment provider. Aquacycle SRL does not access or store payment data. Aquacycle SRL reserves the right to refuse orders in case of disputes or previous unpaid balances.
Article 6 – Ordering Products
Only data recorded in Aquacycle SRL’s IT system is valid as evidence of communication and transactions. The Customer follows a step-by-step process and may correct errors before final confirmation. Once confirmed, the order is final and binding. The Customer must provide accurate personal data. Aquacycle SRL is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses. A confirmation email is sent. Email is accepted as a formal communication tool. Payment issues or breaches may lead to suspension of access to the website.
Article 7 – Delivery
Delivery is made to the specified address provided by the Customer (no PO boxes). The Customer must provide full and accurate delivery details. Delivery is handled by an external provider. Aquacycle SRL is not responsible once the product leaves its facilities. Delivery times are indicative. Damage must be noted in writing upon delivery. Failure to receive the order may result in additional shipping charges. Lack of response will be considered acceptance without refund. Delivery is available worldwide, but Aquacycle SRL reserves the right to refuse certain countries.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
Private Customers have a 14-day withdrawal right from the day after delivery. Returns must be made within 7 days and only in case of manufacturing defects. Products must be returned in their original state with the invoice to: OJA Solutions SARL 156 rue des famards, Building M2 59273 Fretin, FRANCE
Aquacycle SRL may propose a replacement. If refused, the refund will be processed within 30 days, limited to the paid amount.
Article 9 – Warranties
9.1. Legal Warranty: Products are free from visible and hidden defects.
9.2. Conformity Warranty: Customers must report issues promptly. Products will be repaired or replaced within 30 days unless unreasonable. For major defects, a full refund applies.
9.3. Hidden Defects: Customers have 2 years from discovery to initiate legal action. Abuse of this right will be rejected.
9.4. Manufacturer Warranty: Applies to normal use only, not for professional use.
9.5. Warranty exclusions: External damage or normal wear and tear. Return costs are at the Customer’s expense.
Article 10 – Liability
Aquacycle SRL is not liable for indirect damages, system issues, or force majeure events. Liability is limited to the paid amount.
Article 11 – Disputes and Applicable Law
Orders are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the judicial district of Brussels. Complaints can be sent to contact

All content (texts, images, logos, videos, music, catalogs) is copyright protected and property of Aquacycle SRL. Any use or copying without written consent is prohibited. Violations will be prosecuted. Press content remains property of their authors. Aquacycle SRL is not liable for intellectual property breaches via social media sharing.
Article 15 – Responsibility
Aquacycle SRL strives for accurate and up-to-date information but offers no guarantees. It is not responsible for errors, hacking, indirect damages, or internet-related risks. By using the site, users accept these risks. Changes to terms may occur at any time and are deemed accepted upon continued site use.
